User Agreement

Welcome to use our services. This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and us, including but not limited to your access to or use of our website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Services and confirm that you fully understand and accept all of its terms.

Jingwei Zhilian owns the ownership and operating rights of the products and related software involved, and has the right to supervise, remind, inspect, correct and penalize all activities related to its products. By completing the registration process, reading these Terms of Service and clicking the "Register" button, the user confirms that an agreement has been reached with Jingwei Zhilian and voluntarily accepts all the contents of these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree to the Terms of Service, they are not entitled to use Jingwei Zhilian services or register as a Jingwei Zhilian user.

Service Content. We provide information, products and content related to the services we operate. Such information, products and content may change from time to time, and we may add, delete or modify them without prior notice.

Usage Rules

User Account. You must register and create a user account to use our services. You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete and kept up to date. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse your right to use our services now or in the future.

The user is fully responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of their registration information on Jingwei Zhilian. Users may not impersonate others, publish any information under another person's name, or maliciously use a registered account in a way that misleads other users. Otherwise, Jingwei Zhilian may immediately stop providing services, withdraw the account, and the user shall bear all resulting legal liabilities.

You must comply with this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations, and must not use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal, contrary to public order or socially unethical, including but not limited to:

1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;

3) Damaging national honor and interests;

4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

5) Undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order or undermining social stability;

7) Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous or terrorist content, or content that incites crime;

8) Insulting or slandering others, or infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others;

9) Containing any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

Disclaimer. We will make every effort to ensure the stability and security of the services. However, due to technical limitations, changes in the external environment and other reasons, we cannot completely avoid risks such as service interruption, malfunction or data loss. We shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. The formation, validity, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court in the place where the Agreement is signed or where the defendant is located.

Amendment and Termination. We may amend this Agreement at any time based on actual circumstances and publish the revised content on the website in a timely manner. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using our services. If you continue to use the services, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms. We may terminate or suspend your account and your right to use the services at any time without prior notice and without any liability.

Intellectual Property. We own the intellectual property rights to all software, technology, programs, data and other content in the services. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, license or otherwise use such content.

Other Terms. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid due to illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Our failure to exercise any right or provision under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. We reserve the right to take other necessary measures under this Agreement.

Changes to the Terms. www.geo-sm.net may amend the Terms of Service when necessary. Once the Terms of Service change, www.geo-sm.net will notify you of the changes before you proceed to the next step of use. If you agree to the changes, please activate the "I agree" button again. If you do not accept them, please cancel your account in a timely manner. Continuing to use the services of www.geo-sm.net requires confirmation of two points:

1. First confirm the www.geo-sm.net Terms of Service and their changes.

2. Agree to accept all the restrictions in the Terms of Service.
